Globalistan - The Cool Muslims' Community app for iPhone and iPad

Globalistan is a free micro-vlogging service for cool Muslims. It allows registered members to broadcast short videos - called globs - and follow other users’ activity.
Globalistan aims at gathering the cool Muslims community and becoming the platform where Globers can meet, express and share freely.


Feel free to capture and share any moments, emotions and thoughts, as your videos can be posted privately, publicly or anonymously.

On Globalistan, your posts are inputs to the community; share what you love, think, perform, recommend, witness or support… in less than 30 seconds


Features:

- Globalistan allows you to capture and share short videos – 30 seconds max - and geolocalize your posts on a map.
- You can like, share and comment posts.
- You can send and receive personal video messages.
- Manage your inner circle – Your Clan – by choosing who can be part of it. A notification will inform you about any new request.
- Receive a notification when someone sends you a friend request, shares a video or comments on your post.
- Your newsfeed enables you to stay in touch with your clan by following all your friends’ latest publications.
- Choose your tribe and your icon among the four listed. Go to the settings to change tribe.
- Record and update your video profile to introduce yourself to the community.
- Everything displayed in green color is clickable.
- Feel free to capture and share any moments, emotions and thoughts, as Globalistan offers three levels of privacy:
- PRIVATE: Only your clan receives your post; it cannot be reshared.
- PUBLIC: Your post is accessible by the entire community.
- ANONYMOUS: Your post is public but your username does not appear.
- Tag your post with one of our preregistered inputs and add a descriptive hashtag, if you wish.
- Use the map to geolocalize and find videos. It is also a starting point to meet members of the community.
- Search for videos, people and places.
- Use our filters to narrow down your search. You can associate filters.
- Import videos from your camera roll.
- In your profile, “My Box” displays all the videos that you have shared or liked; to delete a video, unlike it.
- In your profile, “My Posts” displays all your posts. You can delete any of them.
- If the content of a video appears inappropriate, you can flag it.
- Share posts on social networks.
- Invite your friends to join you on Globalistan.
